Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager in fast food or quick casual settings
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work approximately 47.5 hours per week with rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Genuine passion for teamwork and guest service
- Authorized to work in the USA
- 18 years of age or older
