Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of FOH management experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- A sense of urgency, responsibility, and the ability to lead by example
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively

- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
- Take initiative and assist with anything that supports overall restaurant success
