Mezze#1 Fulshear is a dynamic and vibrant full-service Mediterranean restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience with a bar accommodating 80 seats. We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our team of 10 servers and bartenders. This leadership role is critical in ensuring seamless daily operations with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional guest service. The FOH Manager will be responsible for training, motivating, and overseeing the front of house staff, fostering a positive and efficient work culture. This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Back of House (BOH) team to maintain consistent menu quality and ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly met.

In this full-time position, the FOH Manager will work between 44 to 48 hours per week, with shifts typically scheduled from 12pm to 8pm and from 12pm to 10pm. The compensation package ranges from $53,000 to $57,566 annually, which includes an hourly wage, overtime pay, and a monthly bonus structure. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of FOH management experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
