Job Requirements
- internal promote preferred
- ability to stand and walk 90-95 percent of the shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 pounds
- ability to take guests’ orders and operate a cash register
- ability to read video monitors
- ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to accept responsibility
- must attain ServSafe certification or as required
- must possess valid driver’s license and insurance
- use personal vehicle for business travel
- must be available any day and time
- must be available to work busy days including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalency
- minimum of 1 year experience as a JIB Assistant Manager or similar role
- 100 percent certified in all workstations
- excellent interpersonal skills
- self-starter with initiative
- ability to perform basic math concepts
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
- must demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior
- ServSafe certification or equivalent required
Job Duties
- set the customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests
- ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders
- respond to guest concerns and complaints professionally
- create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
- recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- maintain restaurant cleanliness inside and outside
- utilize management information tools to analyze restaurant performance
- identify trends and implement action plans
- focus on increasing restaurant sales and profitability
