Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • able to work approximately 47.5 hours per week including rotating shifts with days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
  • strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • self-motivation
  • independence and initiative
  • passion for teamwork
  • ability to provide a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • ability to engage and build relationships with guests and staff
  • creative sales-building abilities
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • authorized to work in the USA

Job Qualifications
