This company is renowned for its supportive and nurturing workplace culture where long-term employee retention and satisfaction are key priorities. Boddie-Noell operates numerous Hardee's locations and is committed to maintaining the highest standards in customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and employee development. The organization embraces a team-oriented management philosophy, encouraging managers to work closely alongside their crew members rather than managing from afar. This hands-on leadership approach fosters a respectful and motivational environment that helps resolve issues proactively and maintain top-notch operational quality. Boddie-Noell Enterprises prides itself on a culture that resembles a close-knit family where teamwork, respect, and professional growth are integral to its identity.
The role of Restaurant Manager at Hardee's under Boddie-Noell Enterprises is more than just a management position; it is a leadership opportunity to contribute directly to the success and smooth operation of a busy restaurant. This full-time position involves acting as the senior manager’s deputy by overseeing daily restaurant functions in their absence. The Restaurant Manager is tasked with driving sales growth by ensuring excellence in service, product quality, and cleanliness while managing profitability through effective labor and inventory control. Key responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff, scheduling labor to meet guest demands, maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations, managing inventory and cash procedures, conducting team meetings, and continuously upholding company standards for appearance, safety, security, and sanitation.
Ideal candidates for this role will bring at least two years of management experience, a positive and cheerful attitude, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and a deep commitment to serving and helping others. The position requires availability across all shifts including weekends, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Physical fitness to meet job demands and the maturity to lead and mentor a diverse team are also essential. Boddie-Noell offers competitive pay paid on a weekly basis, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and paid time off including vacation, sick, holiday, and bereavement pay. Employees benefit from a fun and flexible work environment, paid training, meal discounts, bonus programs, opportunities for advancement, and access to special support services such as an employee assistance fund and corporate chaplains.
This role represents an excellent career opportunity for motivated individuals who value working in a caring, supportive, and professional culture where they can make a meaningful difference every day. Veterans and individuals with prior military experience are especially encouraged to apply. Join Boddie-Noell’s team and become part of a company committed to its people and known for its workplace caring culture and industry-leading employee retention.
