Their services span across car rentals, carsharing, truck rentals, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management, all designed to make travel easier and more convenient for customers worldwide. With a privately held structure managed by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility and its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management oversee a vast fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles. The company generates nearly $39 billion in annual revenue through its impressive network of over 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories.

The flagship branch is situated at 1546 State Rt 23 Wayne, NJ 07470. This role offers a competitive total rewards package encompassing a target annual compensation of $62,704 based on an hourly wage of $24.61, coupled with overtime opportunities for a 46-hour workweek. Benefits include paid time off starting with five days upon hire and increasing to twelve days within the first year, six paid holidays, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan featuring company match and profit sharing options.
The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility provides a structured and hands-on learning environment where individuals can develop the necessary skills to excel in various business functions such as sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations. From day one, trainees will be immersed in real-world experiences, learning to be both the face of the company to customers and partners and the operational expert behind the scenes. This leadership development initiative emphasizes mentoring, training, and development within a culture that promotes internal advancement, ensuring a clear career path with ongoing opportunities for growth and success. Trainees will also engage in community outreach to build vital relationships that contribute to business expansion.
As a Management Trainee, the role demands dedication to customer service excellence, sales mastery, and operational competencies.
