Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a prominent provider in the mobility solutions sector, owning and operating well-known car rental brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Through a global network of independent regional subsidiaries, Enterprise Mobility delivers outstanding services across car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation services. Their goal is to simplify travel and enhance convenience for customers around the world. The company is privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis and operates a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles. With close to $39 billion in revenue, Enterprise Mobility maintains a presence at more than 9,500 locations spanning neighborhood and airport facilities in over 90 countries and territories.

Embarking on a career with Enterprise Mobility means joining a culture that strongly values growth, mentorship, and promotion from within. The Management Training Program, for which the company is hiring immediately, offers an outstanding career path with a clear starting point and abundant opportunities for advancement. This position is based in Waco (76706) and surrounding areas, with a target first-year annual compensation of $54,000 and an average 46-hour workweek. The program is designed to develop future managers by providing extensive training, hands-on development, and mentoring to build skills in customer service, sales, operations, finance, and leadership.

As a Manager in Training (MT), you will begin your learning experience at one of Enterprise’s neighborhood branches, gaining a thorough understanding of the business from day one. You will represent the company as both a customer-facing professional and an operational expert behind the scenes. The program emphasizes building relationships within the community and cultivating new business prospects while mastering the tools needed to operate your own branch in the future. Focused on customer-first principles and a culture of friendly competition, Enterprise Mobility fosters an environment where both the business and your personal success can thrive.

In this role, you will receive ongoing guidance and support from experienced mentors to ensure your development and success. Training will include learning how to provide exceptional customer service, develop strategic sales and marketing techniques, and manage finance and operational tasks effectively. Enterprise Mobility is committed to equal opportunity employment and encourages applicants with diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities and veterans, to apply. The company offers a robust benefits package which supports employees’ well-being and work-life balance, making it a highly rewarding workplace to launch and advance your career.
