Job Description
Enterprise Mobility is a prominent leader in the mobility solutions sector, renowned for managing well-established brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car through a vast and integrated global network. Privately owned by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company operates over 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories. With a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles and nearly $39 billion in revenue, Enterprise Mobility excels in providing extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation services that simplify travel experiences for millions of customers worldwide.
Enterprise Mobility is currently hiring immediately for its respected Management Training Program at locations including Round Rock (78664), Pflugerville (78660), Georgetown (78626), Cedar Park (78613), and surrounding areas. This is a full-time opportunity offering robust first-year annual compensation targeted at $54,000, with an average 46-hour workweek. The company supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off starting with 12 days per year plus 6 paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan featuring company match and profit sharing.
The Management Training Program is designed for individuals who envision careers in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations, and who are motivated to grow within a dynamic and progressive work environment. This structured training provides a clear career path with substantial opportunities for advancement grounded in a culture of promotion from within. Trainees will gain hands-on experience, mentoring, and development, positioning them to take on leadership roles responsible for running their own branches, cultivating new business relationships, and managing teams effectively.
Trainees in the program will serve as both the public face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as operational experts behind the scenes. The role emphasizes mastery of customer service, sales and marketing techniques, financial management, and operational processes. The program combines hands-on learning with community engagement, enabling trainees to establish critical relationships and business networks. Enterprise prides itself on a culture that encourages friendly competition and customer-centric practices, both of which are vital to personal and professional success within the enterprise network.
Candidates must meet specific qualifications such as holding a bachelor's degree and possessing a minimum of six months' experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership. Additional requirements include a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years, no drug or alcohol-related convictions on their driving records in the past five years, authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, and being at least 18 years old.
This Management Training position is more than just a job – it is a gateway to a fulfilling career in a thriving company known for its stability, extensive growth opportunities, and commitment to employee development. For passionate individuals eager to launch or advance their careers in a supportive and rewarding setting, the Enterprise Mobility Management Training Program offers an unparalleled blend of professional training, practical experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that recognizes and rewards hard work and dedication.
