Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading global provider of mobility solutions, comprising renowned rental brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, this robust organization manages a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles and operates more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories. Enterprise Mobility delivers comprehensive transportation services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management to facilitate easier and more convenient travel experiences for customers worldwide. With nearly $39 billion in revenue, the company fosters a culture of integrity, innovation, and customer-first values, positioning itself as a premier employer in the mobility sector. The company emphasizes promotion from within, ensuring employees grow alongside the business in a supportive and development-rich environment.

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Management Training Program within the New York area, particularly at branches in Mamaroneck, Port Chester, and New Rochelle. The flagship branch is located at 27 Horton Ave, New Rochelle, NY 10801. This is an immediate hire opportunity offering a competitive annual compensation of approximately $62,704 based on an hourly rate of $24.61, including overtime for a 46-hour workweek. The program is designed for those who envision a career in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The role provides a clear career path with ongoing opportunities for advancement through comprehensive training, mentorship, and a culture that values growth from within.

As a Manager in Training (MT), you will develop hands-on knowledge and expertise in running a successful branch by mastering customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operational management duties. You will serve as the face of Enterprise while optimizing behind-the-scenes operations. The structured training program prioritizes mentoring and community engagement, teaching you to build essential local relationships that contribute to the success of your branch and personal career growth. Our supportive environment encourages friendly competition and values the ability to always put customers first. Working as an MT, you will gain leadership skills and operational proficiency, preparing you to eventually manage your own rental location. The benefits package includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, paid time off starting at 5 days with increases to 12 days in the first year plus 6 holidays, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching and profit sharing. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a rewarding career in the dynamic transportation and mobility industry with a respected established leader.
