The opportunity at hand is for the Management Training Program, available immediately at branches local to Manchester, New Hampshire, specifically at 1050 Gold St and 526 Second St, Manchester, NH. This position offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $52,300 for an average 45-hour work week, making it an attractive career starting point. As a Manager in Training, you will serve as both the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operational details. The role emphasizes excellence in customer service, along with mastery of sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Job Requirements
- bachelors degree
- minimum of 6 months experience in sales and customer service or leadership
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- no recent drug or alcohol related convictions
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Qualifications
- bachelors degree
- minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in sales and customer service including commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar or hospitality industry
- minimum of 6 months experience within the last 5 years in leadership through military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic organizations
- valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
- no drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 5 years
- authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- at least 18 years old
