Additionally, you will shadow delivery drivers on local routes occasionally to appreciate the end-to-end freight delivery process and the critical role played by logistics personnel in meeting delivery commitments. This position operates on the second shift, offering a dynamic and engaging work schedule that suits those who thrive in fast-paced environments. The average annual starting pay ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, varying by location, candidate experience, and qualifications.
