The company operates under well-known brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car through a global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse and extensive fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in revenue annually. The company's operations span more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories, making it a dominant player in the transportation services industry.
The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility is designed to launch your career in various fields including sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. This program offers a clear career trajectory with continuous opportunities for growth and advancement. Housed in the Downtown Seattle flagship store, the program provides comprehensive training, development opportunities, mentoring, and a culture dedicated to promoting from within. The role is ideal for individuals eager to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in managing branch operations.
Participants starting in the Management Training Program can expect a robust benefits package including competitive compensation, starting with a targeted first-year annual salary of $60,000 based on a 45-hour workweek at an hourly rate of $24.29 plus overtime. Additional benefits include paid time off starting with 14 days in the first year, six paid holidays, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and car purchases, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and profit-sharing options.
The role prepares management trainees to become the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and business partners, while also mastering behind-the-scenes operational tasks essential for running a successful branch. The training is very hands-on and includes mentoring and continuous support. Trainees will gain expertise in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operational management. The program also emphasizes community engagement and the development of key business relationships. The company's culture promotes friendly competition, which fuels business growth and individual success, ensuring you are supported at every step as you advance towards managing your own branch with a dedicated team.
