Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a renowned leader in the mobility solutions industry, operating several of the most recognizable car rental brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. As a privately held company based in St. Louis and managed by the Taylor family, Enterprise Mobility has developed a vast network of over 9,500 neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories. This extensive service footprint allows the company to offer comprehensive mobility options including car rentals, carsharing, truck rentals, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and a variety of other transportation services designed to simplify and enhance travel experiences for customers worldwide. With a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles, Enterprise Mobility recorded nearly $38 billion in revenue, underscoring its status as a global powerhouse in the mobility sector.

The company values a culture centered on internal promotion, development, and providing employees with the tools and mentoring necessary for career advancement. At the heart of its team-building efforts is the Management Training Program, a dynamic opportunity for those aspiring to leadership roles within sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. This program is not just a job, but the start of a clearly defined career path, with an emphasis on growth and progression.

This particular opportunity is based in Maryland, specifically the Laurel or Beltsville areas. Successful candidates will enter a robust training regimen focused on hands-on experience and professional development. Trainees will learn all aspects of the business including customer service excellence, sales and marketing tactics, financial management, and operational leadership. From day one, they will serve as the face of Enterprise, engaging directly with customers and partners while mastering the operational tasks required to eventually manage their own branch location. As they advance, trainees build a network of community relationships crucial for business growth while developing a team and generating new business avenues.

Enterprise Mobility offers a compelling benefits package that ensures employees are well taken care of both monetarily and in terms of wellness. The first year targeted total compensation is approximately $60,194 for an average 45-hour workweek with opportunities to earn up to $64,000 through overtime, promotions, bonuses, and exceptional performance. Paid time off begins at 17 days annually, complemented by comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans alongside life insurance and prescription coverage. Employees also enjoy attractive discounts on car rentals and purchases, and benefit from the company's 401(k) retirement plan featuring a company match and profit sharing.

Those who join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program embark on a rewarding journey supported by seasoned mentors in a collaborative environment that prizes customer satisfaction, quality service, and continuous professional growth. The program’s structured yet supportive framework nurtures competitive spirit and business acumen to develop future leaders in the mobility industry. This well-established program represents a unique and promising entry point for motivated individuals eager to build a meaningful career in a respected and financially stable organization.
