Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Six months of work experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership or management
- Availability to work an average of 47 hours per week
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past five years
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
- No interview for the same position at any North Carolina location within the past 12 months
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, or leadership/management
- Leadership experience can include involvement in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- No drug or alcohol convictions including DUI or DWI in the past 5 years
Job Duties
- Learn business operations from day one and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
- Manage day-to-day branch operations while developing business and team leadership skills
- Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operational management
- Develop and cultivate new business relationships within the community
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a structured hands-on learning environment
- Build and lead a team while meeting company goals and objectives
- Participate in a culture of friendly competition to drive growth and success
