Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating well-known brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car through a vast, integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. The company offers a comprehensive range of transportation services, including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management, aiming to make travel simpler and more convenient for customers worldwide. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in revenue through its extensive network of over 9,500 rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.

Starting a career with Enterprise Mobility means joining a dynamic and growth-oriented company committed to development and internal promotion. The company is currently hiring immediately for its reputable Management Training Program based out of its East Rochester and Victor offices located at 763 Linden Ave Rochester, NY 14625, and 7387 Victor-Pittsford Road Victor, NY 14564. This position offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $52,300 with an average workweek of 46 hours. Employees also benefit from a robust package including paid time off starting with 12 PTO days, 6 paid holidays per year, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, along with a 401(k) retirement plan featuring company match and profit sharing.

The Management Training Program offers a clear and exciting career path that welcomes applicants interested in various fields such as sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. As a manager in training, individuals will receive thorough training, ongoing development, mentoring, and a strong culture of promotion from within. This guarantees continuous professional growth and a solid foundation for a career in management within the company.

In this role, trainees begin learning about the business immediately by working directly from neighborhood branches, becoming the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while also managing behind-the-scenes operations. The structured program guides trainees to master essential knowledge and skills needed to eventually lead their own branch, cultivate new business, and develop their team. With a hands-on learning approach, trainees get personalized guidance and support, enabling them to excel in all aspects of the role.

Trainees are encouraged to engage actively with the community, establish meaningful business relationships, and develop expertise in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operational management. This role champions a customer-first attitude and fosters a culture of friendly competition aimed at business growth and personal success. Enterprise Mobility embraces equal opportunity employment and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities and veterans. This position offers a rewarding start to a career within a well-established global company that values development, promotes from within, and provides multiple avenues for advancement.
