The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility represents an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to develop a robust career in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations within the transportation and mobility sector. This program is designed for immediate hiring and offers a clear and progressive career trajectory, complete with structured training, development, and mentoring designed to cultivate leadership skills and business acumen. Trainees begin their journey at neighborhood branch locations in Stockton, CA, either at 3003 Auto Center Cir or 320 N Hunter Street, gaining hands-on experience while performing critical operational and customer-facing roles. Throughout the program, trainees are empowered to build strong community relationships, hone customer service excellence, and master sales, marketing, financial and operational management skills essential for running a successful branch. The program emphasizes a culture of growth from within and friendly competition, ensuring every participant is well prepared to assume managerial responsibilities and contribute measurably to Enterprise Mobility's success. This full-time position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $57,310 based on an average 45-hour work week. In addition, the role provides comprehensive benefits including paid time off starting with 20 days annually, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
  • Authorized to work in the United States without need for work authorization sponsorship
  • Not interviewed for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months

Job Qualifications

  • At least six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership roles including military, athletic, team activities, community, social or academic organizations
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requirement for work authorization sponsorship
  • No prior interview for the Management Trainee position within the last 12 months

Job Duties
