This program is designed for individuals aspiring to build a career in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive journey to learn Enterprise Mobility's business from the ground up, initially based out of one of their neighborhood branches. You will be the frontline representative of Enterprise, engaging directly with customers and partners, while also managing behind-the-scenes operations. The structured program focuses on developing essential knowledge and skills in areas such as customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operational management. You will be prepared to take on the responsibilities of running your own branch, cultivating business opportunities, and leading and developing a team.
Throughout the program, you will receive extensive guidance, mentoring, and support needed to thrive and succeed. The hands-on learning environment encourages building meaningful community relationships, which are vital for business growth and personal career advancement. Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past five years
- Minimum one year experience in sales-commission sales, customer service in sales industry, athletic participation, or leadership roles
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
