Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a prominent and respected provider of mobility solutions, best known for owning and operating leading car rental brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company operates through an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries, providing a vast array of services that include car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation solutions. Founded and privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility has grown into a powerhouse with a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generated nearly $39 billion in revenue through its network of over 9,500 neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories. This extensive reach and solid reputation make Enterprise Mobility a leader in the automotive and transportation industry, committed to making travel easier and more convenient for millions of customers worldwide.

The company is currently hiring immediately for its highly regarded Management Training Program based in Lexington, KY, with zip codes 40503, 40505, 40508, 40505, and 40509. This program presents a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to begin a rewarding career in leadership within the company. With targeted first-year compensation of $49,000 and an average 45-hour work week, Enterprise Mobility offers competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off starting at 12 days per year, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.

The Management Training Program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing a structured and immersive learning experience. Trainees will start learning the business fundamentals immediately from one of the company’s neighborhood branches. As a manager in training, the role involves both outward-facing responsibilities, such as serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and business partners, as well as internal operational duties. Participants will develop expertise in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and branch operations. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and community engagement, trainees will acquire the skills necessary to eventually manage their own branch, build a business pipeline, and lead a team.

Throughout the program, Enterprise Mobility emphasizes a strong culture of promotion from within, ongoing development, and support, enabling participants to progress steadily in their careers. The company fosters a friendly competitive atmosphere that motivates trainees to deliver excellent customer service while striving for business growth and personal achievement. This role is ideal for individuals seeking long-term career opportunities with advancement potential in a dynamic and supportive environment.
