Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions operating globally through its integrated network of independent regional subsidiaries. Known for managing well-recognized brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car, Enterprise Mobility offers a comprehensive range of services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services. These offerings streamline travel and make it more convenient for millions of customers around the world. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company manages an extensive fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in revenue through more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories.

Enterprise Mobility is currently hiring immediately for its respected Management Training Program located at 2111 Peters Creek Parkway, Winston Salem, NC 27127, or surrounding areas. This program is an excellent starting point for individuals eager to launch a career in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The Management Training Program emphasizes a clear career path with extensive opportunities for advancement, supported by a culture that promotes from within. Trainees will receive comprehensive training, development, and mentoring that ensure continuous progress and career growth. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary with a targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,025 based on an average 47-hour workweek.

In this role, trainees get hands-on experience from day one, learning the business inside and out at one of our neighborhood branches. You will be both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the operational expert working behind the scenes. The structured program equips you with the knowledge and skills to eventually manage your own branch, develop new business, and lead a successful team. With ongoing support and mentoring, you will learn essential skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, all while adopting the company’s core value of putting customers first. The program also fosters a culture of friendly competition which fuels personal and business growth.

Additional benefits include paid time off starting at 12 days per year, health, dental, and vision insurance, life and prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing. These comprehensive benefits reflect Enterprise Mobility’s commitment to supporting its employees both professionally and personally.

Enterprise Mobility is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants without regard to disability, veteran status, or other protected categories. If you are licensed to drive, have a strong customer focus, and are interested in accelerating your career with a leading global company, this is the opportunity for you to start building a rewarding future with Enterprise Mobility.
