The Management Trainee program at Cintas is an exciting and dynamic opportunity designed for individuals who are looking to launch their careers in leadership within a well-established corporate environment. This full-time position is part of a structured training plan focused on providing hands-on experience through rotations in various key departments including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. Participants in the program will gain valuable insights into the operational and sales aspects of the business, preparing them for future advancement within the company.
As a Management Trainee, you will work directly with experienced managers and leaders to develop your leadership capabilities and operational knowledge. The program emphasizes practical learning experiences such as engaging in outside sales activities to build customer relationships and promote products, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing sales data to inform business decisions, and collaborating on projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. In addition to these practical skills, trainees have access to professional development resources including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits. This comprehensive approach ensures a well-rounded development experience that equips you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in management roles.
Cintas values motivated and ambitious individuals who are eager to learn and grow their careers with a company that prioritizes employee development and workplace excellence. The Management Trainee program is ideal for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates who possess a Bachelor’s degree or will obtain one within six months. The role requires candidates to meet specific Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving regulated vehicles over 10,000 pounds, including holding a valid driver’s license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining DOT medical certification, and providing previous employment documentation. Candidates with internship or co-op experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles, as well as those who have held leadership or management roles during their academic career, will find this program especially beneficial.
By joining the Cintas team as a Management Trainee, you will be starting a career path with a company that supports its employees through competitive pay, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, disability and life insurance fully paid by the company, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and development. This position offers a chance to take part in a reputable and growing organization that values diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants.
