Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, known for owning and operating several top-tier car rental brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. With a broad global footprint through a network of over 9,500 neighborhood and airport rental locations spanning more than 90 countries and territories, Enterprise Mobility offers extensive services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and additional transportation services designed to make travel more accessible and convenient for customers. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages a massive fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in revenue, highlighting its strong position and growth in the transportation industry.

Enterprise Mobility is currently looking to hire immediately for its respected Management Training Program based in the Bellevue, WA area, with its flagship store located at 2299 140th Ave NE Ste B., Bellevue, WA 98005. This position offers a competitive first-year targeted annual compensation of $60,000 based on a 45-hour workweek, which includes an hourly rate of $24.29 plus overtime. The company also offers a robust benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and profit sharing.

The Management Training Program is designed to provide participants with a clear career path with countless opportunities in various areas such as sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. As a Manager in Training, individuals will receive comprehensive training, mentoring, and support, fostering personal and professional development within a culture that highly values promotion from within. The program offers hands-on experience by involving trainees directly with neighborhood branch operations. Trainees will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while simultaneously mastering operational expertise behind the scenes.

Throughout the program, trainees will develop skills essential for successful branch management, including cultivating new business, developing and leading a team, and excelling in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operational management. The training emphasizes putting customers first and thriving in a culture of friendly competition essential for business growth and individual success. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who seek career advancement in a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced environment with ongoing opportunities to grow and succeed.
