Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a prominent leader in the mobility solutions industry, offering a comprehensive range of transportation services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management. The company owns and operates well-recognized brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car through an integrated global network comprising independent regional subsidiaries. This expansive network spans more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across over 90 countries and territories, making Enterprise Mobility a reliable and accessible partner in transportation worldwide.

Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility, together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management, manages a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles. The company has generated impressive revenue nearing $39 billion, showcasing its significant presence and influence in this dynamic sector. The organization prides itself on a strong culture of promoting from within, offering opportunities for career advancement through robust training, development programs, mentoring, and personalized support.

The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility in the North Seattle area, specifically at the flagship store located at 331 NW 85th St., Seattle, WA 98117, offers an outstanding career launchpad for individuals eager to develop leadership skills in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operational management. This program is designed to provide a clear career path with abundant opportunities for growth, tailored to build competent, confident managers ready to lead and innovate within the company.

Participants in the Management Training Program begin their journey by gaining hands-on experience at a neighborhood branch where they will learn key aspects of the business from customer service excellence to operational management. Trainees are given real responsibilities, acting as the face of the company to customers and establishing essential relationships within the community. The program emphasizes critical skills such as sales and marketing, finance, and leadership under expert guidance and ongoing mentoring. As they advance, trainees are prepared to eventually manage their own branch and build strong, effective teams.

This immediate hiring opportunity comes with a competitive compensation package. The first-year targeted annual salary is $60,000, based on a 45-hour workweek with an hourly wage of $24.29 plus overtime, ensuring that employees are fairly compensated for their commitment. In addition to this attractive salary, Enterprise Mobility offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off starting at 14 days per year plus 6 paid holidays, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing features.

Joining Enterprise Mobility means becoming part of a family-oriented and inclusive environment that values diversity and equal opportunity. The company is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is committed to providing accommodations for individuals with disabilities and veterans. This commitment not only reflects the company’s core values but also fosters a supportive, dynamic workplace culture focused on personal and professional growth.
