Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a renowned leader in providing comprehensive mobility solutions through its integrated global network. The company proudly operates well-known brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. With a commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences, Enterprise Mobility offers a diverse range of services, including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation services. These services are designed to make travel easier, more convenient, and accessible to customers worldwide.

Enterprise Mobility is a privately held organization owned by the Taylor family of St. Louis. Alongside its affiliate, Enterprise Fleet Management, the company manages an extensive fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles. It boasts a vast network of more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations spread across over 90 countries and territories. This expansive reach and diversified service portfolio have resulted in nearly $39 billion in revenue, underscoring the company’s robust market presence and operational excellence.

The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility offers an outstanding career opportunity for motivated individuals eager to begin or advance their careers in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. This position is based at the neighborhood branch located at 1040 East Main, Visalia, CA 93292. It is designed to provide a clear and structured career path with a culture that promotes internal growth and development. Trainees receive comprehensive training, development, and mentoring to equip them with the skills necessary for success at every stage of their career.

The program has a targeted first-year annual compensation of $57,310 based on an average 45-hour work week. In addition, the company offers a generous benefits package that includes paid time off starting at 20 days per year, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.

As a Management Trainee, newly hired individuals will learn about the business from day one. The role entails serving as both the face of the company to customers and partners and managing behind-the-scenes operations. Trainees will engage in a hands-on learning environment designed to master crucial knowledge and skills. These skills will eventually empower them to run their own branch, cultivate new business opportunities, and develop their team effectively.

Enterprise Mobility’s structured program fosters growth by offering guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure trainees succeed. The program encourages trainees to build relationships within the community, which are vital to growing their branch and personal business network. Trainees gain expertise in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operational excellence. Enterprise’s culture emphasizes always prioritizing customers and promotes a healthy environment of friendly competition that drives growth and individual success.

This is an equal opportunity employer position, open to all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities and veterans.
