Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading mobility solutions provider operating under internationally recognized brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. With its integrated global network composed of independent regional subsidiaries, the company excels in delivering comprehensive services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and advanced travel management. This extensive portfolio makes travel seamless and convenient for millions of customers worldwide. Privately owned by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility, together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management, manages an impressive fleet of 2.4 million vehicles. It reported near $39 billion in revenue through a vast network of over 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations spanning more than 90 countries and territories.

This position is for the Management Training Program located at 29130 South Dixie Hwy, Homestead, FL 33033. The program offers a distinct career path for those interested in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. Designed to provide immediate employment opportunities, the role embraces a robust development culture backed by comprehensive training, mentoring, and promotion from within. This ensures that a management trainee consistently advances their career with clear progression steps. Trainees will engage hands-on with the business, learning how to manage their own branch eventually, foster new business opportunities, and guide their teams effectively.

The compensation for this role is competitive, targeting a first-year annual pay of $60,005, based on an hourly rate of $23.55 plus applicable overtime for an average 46-hour workweek. The position is eligible for an excellent benefits package, including paid time off starting at five days upon hiring, increasing to 12 days in the first year, six paid holidays, and health, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include life insurance coverage, prescription plans, employee discounts on rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing. The work environment fosters a culture of friendly competition to fuel growth, success, and personal development, all while placing the customer at the forefront. Enterprise Mobility is committed to equal opportunity hiring practices and supports diversity including individuals with disabilities and veterans.
