Job Requirements
- Must have, or will obtain, a bachelor’s degree within six months
- Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the department of transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs
- Have an active driver’s license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment
Job Qualifications
- Must have, or will obtain, a bachelor’s degree within six months
- Co-op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, production or administrative role
- A business or related academic major
- Leadership or management role on campus or related extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program
Job Duties
- Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions
- Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency
- Participate in professional development with access to executive leadership seminars and divisional summits
