This position is for the Management Training Program based in several locations in Arizona including Scottsdale (zip codes 85250, 85251, 85252, 85254, 85255, 85256, 85257, 85258, 85259, 85260, 85261, 85262, 85266, 85267), Tempe (85281, 85280), and Mesa (85201). The Management Training Program is designed to kick-start your career and accelerate your professional development in the automotive and mobility services industry. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a structured and immersive journey that provides hands-on experience and comprehensive instruction in all facets of branch management. This includes mastering sales, business development, customer service, operations, and retail management. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced mentors who will guide you through acquiring the skills necessary to eventually lead your own branch.
