This full-time, first-shift position offers competitive compensation with a base salary estimate of $70,304 per year, dependent on skills, experience, and organizational needs. Job Requirements

  • Must have or will obtain a bachelor’s degree within six months
  • Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs
  • Have an active driver’s license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain a DOT medical certification
  • Provide documentation regarding previous employment
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program

Job Qualifications

  • Must have or will obtain a bachelor’s degree within six months
  • Co-op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, production or administrative role is preferred
  • A business or related academic major is preferred
  • Leadership or management role on campus or related extracurricular activities is preferred

Job Duties

  • Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions
