Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a renowned leader in the mobility solutions industry, operating some of the most recognizable brands in the car rental market including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. With a vast and integrated network of independent regional subsidiaries, the company provides a comprehensive range of services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation solutions aimed at making travel easier and more convenient for their customers. Privately owned by the Taylor family based in St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility along with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in revenue annually. This success is supported by its expansive presence through more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories worldwide.

We are currently offering an opportunity to join our Management Training Program located in Abilene, TX, 79605. This position provides an excellent career starting point for those interested in business development, sales, customer service, retail management, or operations. As a Manager in Training, you will embark on a career path with clear growth opportunities, backed by robust training, personalized development, hands-on mentoring, and a supportive culture that promotes from within.

This role is designed for candidates passionate about leadership and eager to develop their professional skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will begin your journey by receiving practical, on-the-job training at one of our neighborhood branches, where you will become both the face of Enterprise to customers and a behind-the-scenes operational expert. The structured training program equips you with the critical knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage your own branch, grow business relationships in the community, and lead a successful team.

Working in this role means you will learn across multiple facets of the business including customer service excellence, sales, marketing strategies, financial operations, and branch management. You will be encouraged to foster a culture of customer-first mindset and friendly competition that drives both individual and company success. Moreover, the role includes community engagement, helping you build vital local networks that support business growth.

The position offers a competitive first-year targeted annual compensation of $54,000 for an average 46 hour work week. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off starting at 12 days per year plus 6 paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching and profit sharing.

This is an immediate hire position, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for those who are hardworking, motivated, and ready to take the first step toward a rewarding management career within a respected and innovative company. Enterprise Mobility embraces equal opportunity employment and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds including individuals with disabilities and veterans.
