Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating some of the most recognized brands in the car rental industry, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company functions through an integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries, delivering a variety of transportation services such as car rentals, carsharing, truck rentals, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management solutions. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles. The company operates more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across over 90 countries and territories, generating nearly $39 billion in revenue. Enterprise Mobility is committed to making travel easier and more convenient for customers worldwide by offering reliable and accessible transportation options.

The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility provides an outstanding career opportunity for individuals interested in developing a strong foundation in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. This program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing hands-on experience, comprehensive training, and mentoring in all key aspects of running a successful branch. Trainees begin their careers in one of the company’s neighborhood branches, where they gain practical knowledge and take on responsibilities that prepare them for managing their own branch in the future.

As a Management Trainee, you will act as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and business partners, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. Throughout the program, you will master skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and branch operations. The company fosters a culture of promotion from within, encouraging continuous professional development and career progression. Enterprise Mobility emphasizes a supportive work environment that combines friendly competition with teamwork to foster business growth and individual success. Locations for this role include Sonoma Blvd in Vallejo, CA, and Soscol Ave in Napa, CA.

The position offers competitive compensation, targeting a first-year annual salary of $64,319 for an average 45-hour workweek. The benefits package includes paid time off starting with 13 days per year, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life and prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing. The company values diversity and inclusion, making it an equal opportunity employer that welcomes applicants with various backgrounds, including those with criminal histories as applicable by law. If you are ambitious, customer-service oriented, and ready to launch a management career with the potential for growth in a leading mobility solutions company, Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program is an excellent place to start your journey.
