This particular opportunity is part of the Management Training Program located at 1450 NE 123rd Street, North Miami, FL, 33161. The position is designed for individuals eager to embark on a career path that offers a blend of sales, customer service, business development, retail management, and operations. The Management Training Program is ideal for motivated candidates ready to learn and grow within a supportive and dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive first-year targeted annual compensation of $60,005 based on an hourly rate of $23.55 plus applicable overtime, with an average workweek of 46 hours.
As a manager in training, you will undergo hands-on training, mentoring, and development designed to prepare you for progressively responsible roles within the company. Starting at a neighborhood branch, you will quickly learn the ins and outs of the business, from operations to customer interaction. The role encourages growth through developing strong business acumen including sales, marketing, finance, and operational management. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also managing behind-the-scenes operational details.

Job Requirements
- bachelors degree
- minimum 6 months experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or related areas
- valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- no alcohol or drug related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years
- authorized to work in the united states without sponsorship
- at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
