As part of their extensive global network, Enterprise Mobility manages independent regional subsidiaries committed to providing outstanding car rental, car sharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and diverse transportation services. The company’s mission is to make travel easier and more convenient for customers worldwide. Privately owned by the Taylor family located in St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility and its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management oversee a diversified fleet comprised of approximately 2.4 million vehicles, generating close to $39 billion in revenue. With more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across over 90 countries and territories, Enterprise Mobility delivers comprehensive solutions to a wide array of customers, ensuring reliability and outstanding service in the mobility landscape.

This exciting opportunity is for an immediate opening in Enterprise Mobility’s highly respected Management Training Program based in Renton, WA, at their flagship store located at 1110 SW Grady Way. The Management Training Program is designed for individuals aspiring to fast-track their careers into leadership roles within the company. This role provides a robust foundation in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. Trainees work closely with seasoned professionals and mentors to develop the essential skills needed to lead a branch, nurture business growth, and manage teams effectively. The program emphasizes a career path with a clear beginning and an open-ended future full of growth opportunities.

The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training, development, mentoring, and continuous support, ensuring they progress in their career while experiencing hands-on learning in a dynamic environment. This role demands high interaction with customers and partners, where the trainee will represent Enterprise as both the friendly face and the operations expert behind the scenes. The program facilitates gaining expertise in financial management, sales and marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service, all aimed at maintaining Enterprise’s culture of putting customers first.

The position offers a competitive salary starting at $60,000 annually based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly wage of $24.29 plus overtime pay. It also includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring 14 days of paid time off in the first year, six paid holidays, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, as well as participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit-sharing options. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a promising career in mobility management with substantial earning potential and career advancement within a supportive and growth-oriented organization.
