Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a premier mobility solutions provider, renowned for operating under highly respected brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company operates an extensive global network, comprising independent regional subsidiaries that deliver comprehensive transportation services. These services include car rentals, carsharing, truck rentals, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other related transportation offerings. Headquartered in St. Louis and privately held by the Taylor family, Enterprise Mobility boasts a remarkable fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and over 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations spanning more than 90 countries and territories. The company generated nearly $39 billion in revenue, reflecting its vast scale and robust market presence.

Enterprise Mobility is actively seeking applicants for its Management Training Program located at its flagship store in Lakewood, WA, at 9816 South Tacoma Way. This role offers an excellent career launching pad within a company that values internal growth, development, and promotion. The position includes a competitive first-year targeted compensation of $60,000 based on a 45-hour work week (comprised of an hourly rate of $24.29 plus overtime). Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work-life balance and overall well-being.

The Management Training Program is designed for ambitious individuals eager to build a career in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The program equips trainees with vital skills through structured, hands-on training and mentorship. Starting from day one, trainees gain exposure to all facets of the business, learning to manage both customer-facing and operational responsibilities within a neighborhood branch setting. As participants advance through the program, they develop the expertise necessary to run their own branches, foster new business opportunities, and cultivate strong, productive teams.

Throughout the program, trainees benefit from ongoing mentoring, leadership development, and an organizational culture that prioritizes career advancement from within. Enterprise Mobility fosters a competitive yet supportive environment where employees learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, financial management, and operational efficiency. The company's strong emphasis on customer-first service standards ensures that trainees carry forward a legacy of outstanding client experiences.

This career path offers significant growth potential, with a clear progression trajectory backed by comprehensive training and development resources. Individuals interested in a dynamic, evolving career in the mobility solutions industry will find this program uniquely tailored to help them achieve long-term professional success within a globally recognized and respected organization.
