The Management Trainee position is an entry-level opportunity designed to launch your career in operations within the transportation industry. This role is part of our intensive 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program, which aims to equip you with the fundamental skills and knowledge required for your first leadership or supervisory role. As a trainee, you will be mentored by experienced professionals who will guide you through the core principles of transportation operations, including cross-dock efficiency, leadership communication, and relationship-building techniques. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be expected to relocate to another facility where you will undertake your initial leadership responsibilities. This position offers an excellent starting salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 annually and requires a dedication to learning and adapting within a fast-paced logistics environment. The work shift is first shift, aligning with standard operational hours to support active management and hands-on experience.
