Known for offering a wide range of transportation solutions, including car rentals, carsharing, truck rentals, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services, Enterprise Mobility aims to make travel simpler and more convenient for its customers. The company is privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, managing a diversified fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles. Enterprise Mobility generates close to $39 billion in revenue through a vast network of over 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations spread across more than 90 countries and territories worldwide.

This Management Training Program is an exciting opportunity at Enterprise Mobility for candidates eager to embark on a rewarding leadership journey within a dynamic company culture. The position, located at 1889 North Congress Ave West Palm Beach, FL 33409, offers a robust benefits package and competitive compensation. Specifically, the targeted first-year annual salary is $55,011, calculated based on an hourly wage of $21.59 plus applicable overtime, with an average work week of 46 hours.

The role is designed for individuals with aspirations in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. As a Manager in Training, you will engage in a comprehensive and structured development program that starts from day one and leads toward managing your own branch. The company emphasizes career growth through mentoring, development opportunities, and a culture of promoting from within. The training curriculum covers customer service excellence, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and operational responsibilities.

Trainees will serve as both the frontline ambassador to customers and partners and the operational expert behind the scenes. The program balances hands-on learning with community engagement, providing aspiring managers with the skills, knowledge, and relationships necessary to succeed. Enterprise fosters a culture of friendly competition, focusing on both individual and business success. This role offers a clear career pathway with numerous opportunities for advancement in a supportive and motivational environment.

Enterprise Mobility provides an inclusive and equitable workplace, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds and offering equal employment opportunities while supporting veterans and individuals with disabilities. The program supports personal growth and professional development, enabling candidates to make a lasting impact within a respected mobility company. With comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, prescription coverage, excellent employee discounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing, this position ensures both professional and personal benefits for the right candidate.
