Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating through its well-known brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company functions through a comprehensive global network of independently owned regional subsidiaries. Enterprise Mobility’s business extends beyond car rentals to encompass carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation services aimed at making travel easier and more convenient for a broad array of customers. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility, together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management, manages a large, diverse fleet comprising approximately 2.4 million vehicles. The company boasts revenues nearing $39 billion and operates more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories, making it a dominant and recognized player in the transportation and rental industry.

For those aspiring to jumpstart their careers in management, Enterprise Mobility offers an outstanding opportunity through its Management Training Program. This program is designed to groom new talent into the company’s future leaders by providing immersive training in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. New Management Trainees are given a clear career path with multiple avenues for growth and advancement, supported through intensive development programs, mentoring, and a culture committed to promoting from within. This role offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $64,319 based on an average 45-hour workweek. Located at 1621 Cleveland Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95401, the position offers an attractive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and profit sharing.

The role of Management Trainee is critical in shaping the next generation of leaders at Enterprise Mobility. Trainees start by learning all aspects of the business from the ground up at a neighborhood branch. They serve as the face of the company to customers and partners, while also managing behind-the-scenes operations. The goal is to equip trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to eventually run their own branch, develop new business opportunities, lead teams, and drive profitability. Throughout the program, trainees gain hands-on experience with guidance from mentors, while also building essential community relationships to cultivate business growth. The program teaches excellence in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operational management. Enterprise Mobility fosters a culture of friendly competition that encourages personal and professional success, reinforcing the priority of always putting customers first. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented career in a respected and rapidly expanding organization.
