Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a renowned leader in the mobility solutions sector, owning and operating major car rental brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Through a comprehensive global network consisting of independent regional subsidiaries, Enterprise Mobility offers a broad spectrum of services that include car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services. The company is privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis and, together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management, manages a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in revenue annually. With more than 9,500 staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across over 90 countries and territories, Enterprise Mobility's global footprint is highly influential in making travel easier and more accessible for millions of customers worldwide.

Enterprise Mobility is currently seeking motivated individuals for immediate hiring in its respected Management Training Program, based in Amarillo, Texas (79109) and surrounding areas. This program offers a dynamic and well-structured career path for candidates interested in advancing through roles in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. The position is designed for those who aspire to become future branch managers, providing extensive training, mentoring, and development opportunities geared towards continuous growth and advancement within the company. The targeted first-year annual compensation for this role is $54,000, with an average 46-hour workweek, accompanied by a robust benefits package including paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts, and a 401(k) plan with company match and profit sharing.

The Management Training Program immerses trainees in the operational realities of running a successful branch. From day one, trainees are entrusted to act as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the operational expert behind the scenes. The role emphasizes cultivating new business, developing teams, and mastering critical business skills including customer service excellence, sales and marketing savvy, financial acumen, and operational efficiency. Beyond the day-to-day management responsibilities, trainees are encouraged to engage with the community to build essential business relationships. This program blends an encouraging culture of mentoring and hands-on learning with the principles of friendly competition, driving both personal growth and business success. Enterprise Mobility’s culture prioritizes customer-first values, exemplifying service with integrity and professionalism while fostering an environment of ongoing career progression and internal promotion opportunities. Successful participants in this program are well-prepared to manage their own branch, spearheading growth initiatives while developing their leadership capabilities within a supportive and well-respected organization.
