More than 9,500 fully-staffed rental locations span across over 90 countries and territories, supported by a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility generates impressive annual revenues nearing 38 billion dollars. This establishes the company as a major player in the transportation sector, dedicated to providing convenient and seamless travel experiences for customers across the globe.

Enterprise Mobility is now offering immediate openings in their Management Training Program located in Spokane and Spokane Valley, with the flagship store headquartered at 41 W. 3rd Ave, Spokane, WA 99201. This position is especially designed for individuals aspiring to grow in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. Key learnings include sales and marketing strategies, customer service excellence, financial management, and operational oversight. Trainees are also expected to build and cultivate new business opportunities and develop effective teams to drive branch success.

Enterprise Mobility fosters a culture of friendly competition, continuous mentoring, and personal development to help each trainee reach their full potential. The company values dedication to customer-first philosophies and prides itself on its interactive training methods, community engagement, and providing clear, rewarding career paths. Compensation for this role includes a targeted first-year annual salary of $57,000, based on a 45-hour workweek with an hourly rate of $23.08 plus overtime. Additionally, trainees benefit from a robust package including 14 paid time off days plus 6 paid holidays in the first year, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance and prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.

For individuals passionate about leadership, growth, and working within a globally respected company in the transportation and mobility sector, this Management Training Program provides an exceptional platform to launch and develop a rewarding career.
