Job Description
Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions and one of the most recognized names in the car rental industry. It owns and operates three major brands: Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car through a global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Enterprise Mobility offers a wide array of transportation services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management. The company is privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis and manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles worldwide. With nearly $39 billion in revenue, Enterprise Mobility operates more than 9,500 neighborhood and airport rental locations across over 90 countries and territories. This expansive network and comprehensive set of services make it a leader in the transportation and travel industry, committed to making travel easier and more convenient for its customers.
The company is currently hiring immediately for its respected Management Training Program located at 1290 SW Bayshore, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34983. This program is designed to launch a rewarding career path that offers a clear beginning with limitless growth opportunities. The role is an excellent fit for candidates envisioning themselves working in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $55,011 based on an hourly wage of $21.59, with overtime compensation expected from an average 46-hour work week. Beyond competitive pay, Enterprise Mobility fosters a culture of promotion from within, providing comprehensive training, development opportunities, and mentoring to ensure ongoing career progression.
As a Manager in Training, you will begin with hands-on learning at one of the neighborhood branch locations. The role involves being the face of Enterprise Mobility, responsible for outstanding customer service, thorough knowledge of business operations, and operational leadership. The Management Training Program is structured to help trainees master skills across customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Through guidance and mentoring, trainees develop essential expertise to eventually manage their own branch, grow the business, and lead a team effectively. Additionally, trainees are encouraged to engage with the local community to build strong relationships that contribute to business growth.
The company’s culture emphasizes putting customers first and values friendly competition to drive business success. Enterprise Mobility’s benefits package is designed to support employees’ well-being and work-life balance, including paid time off starting at five days upon hire, expanding to 12 days with six holidays in the first year. Health, dental, and vision insurance along with life insurance and prescription coverage are provided. Employees enjoy discounts on car rentals and purchases, participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing, all contributing to a comprehensive employment experience that values growth and opportunity at every level.
