Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. The company offers a broad range of services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation solutions designed to make travel easier and more convenient for customers across the globe. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility, together with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management, manages a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles. This expansive operation generates nearly $39 billion in revenue annually through a network of over 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in more than 90 countries and territories.

The company is currently hiring immediately for its well-respected Management Training Program, located in Prosper (75078), McKinney (75070), Allen (75002), Greenville (75402), Commerce (75428), Sherman (75092), Texas, and surrounding areas. This program offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,000 with an average 45-hour work week, positioning new graduates and early-career professionals for long-term success in the dynamic mobility industry.

As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive career path with a clear beginning and an open-ended future full of opportunities for advancement. Whether interested in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations, the role is designed to equip you with essential skills to manage your own branch and lead a successful team. You will receive hands-on training, ongoing development, mentoring, and support in a culture that emphasizes promotion from within, ensuring continuous career progression.

During the program, you will start learning the business immediately by working from one of the neighborhood branches, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. The structured training will teach you the fundamentals of customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, all critical areas to master in order to excel in the company and the broader industry. Moreover, you will be encouraged to establish strong relationships within the community to build your own business network and customer base.

Enterprise Mobility fosters a culture centered on friendly competition, customer-first service, and professional development, all of which are key factors to your personal and business success. This is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds including those with disabilities and veterans. Employees at Enterprise Mobility enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their overall wellbeing and work-life balance.
