Job Description
Enterprise Mobility is a leading global provider of mobility solutions, well-recognized through its ownership and operation of prominent brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. The company operates via an extensive integrated global network composed of independent regional subsidiaries, servicing customers through more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across over 90 countries and territories. Enterprise Mobility delivers a comprehensive range of services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management, all aimed at making travel easier and more convenient for its customers. With a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles managed alongside its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management, and annual revenues nearing 39 billion dollars, Enterprise Mobility stands as a robust organization dedicated to excellence in mobility services. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company fosters a culture that emphasizes internal growth, mentoring, and development opportunities for its employees.
The Management Training Program at Enterprise Mobility is an exceptional entry point for individuals aspiring to launch or advance their career in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations management. This program is designed to provide a clear and structured career path, supported by comprehensive training, mentoring, and a strong culture of promotion from within. Management Trainees begin their journey by working closely within neighborhood branches where they learn the operational and customer service facets of the business. Throughout this hands-on learning experience, trainees receive the guidance necessary to master skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operational management. The role is dynamic, offering the opportunity to both serve as the public face of Enterprise and to manage behind-the-scenes operations. Trainees develop the expertise to manage their own branches, cultivate business growth, and lead teams effectively.
Located at 12394 SW 128th Street, Miami, FL 33186, this position comes with a competitive compensation package, including a targeted first-year annual salary of $60,005 based on an hourly rate of $23.55 plus applicable overtime, averaging a 46-hour workweek. The benefits package is robust, featuring paid time off starting with 5 days upon hire, progressing to 12 days plus 6 holidays within the first year, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing. The environment nurtures friendly competition and community involvement, encouraging employees to build relationships that support business growth and personal success. Enterprise Mobility is firmly committed to equal employment opportunities, including disability and veteran inclusion, striving to maintain a diverse and welcoming workplace for all. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who seek a fulfilling career with significant growth potential in the mobility services industry.
