Enterprise is currently hiring immediately for their respected Management Training Program which offers a clear career path for ambitious individuals interested in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. This program is designed for those looking to launch their management careers with a robust foundation in all aspects of the business. Located at 1539 N Main St High Point, NC 27262 or surrounding locations, this position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,025 with an average of 47 working hours per week, providing a competitive remuneration package. As a Management Trainee (MT), you will be immersed in an engaging, hands-on learning environment where training, mentoring, and development are prioritized to ensure your success. The program equips you with skills to serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while also gaining expertise in the operations behind the scenes. From day one, you will be based out of a neighborhood branch and gradually master knowledge critical to running your own branch, cultivating new business opportunities, and developing an effective team.
