Job Requirements
- Have an active driver’s license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
- Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for operating a governed vehicle
- Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program
Job Qualifications
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
- Qualified candidates must meet Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs
- Experience in customer service, sales, production or administrative roles preferred
- Business or related academic major preferred
- Leadership or management experience in campus or extracurricular activities preferred
- Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program
Job Duties
- Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions
- Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency
- Participate in professional development including executive leadership seminars and divisional summits
