The company fosters a supportive and fun working environment where employees are empowered, trained, and encouraged to grow within the organization.
Lure Fish House is actively seeking exemplary leaders to fill Assistant Manager to General Manager roles across its locations. These roles are billed as critical to upholding and championing Lure's vision of delivering memorable and impressive dining experiences to every guest. With an emphasis on excellence and a dynamic culture, Lure offers a leadership opportunity where managers can thrive by driving guest satisfaction, motivating staff, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to the financial success of the restaurants. This is a full-time management position offering a 40-hour workweek with competitive wages. Assistant Managers start at $26 to $29 per hour, equating to approximately $68,000 to $75,000 base pay, with General Managers receiving base salaries between $80,000 and $100,000, depending on experience.
Beyond competitive wages, Lure Managers benefit from a unique profit sharing program which pays out 15-40% targets of base earnings every four weeks, providing financial rewards that exceed industry standards. Additionally, the position comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k and IRA options with an employer monthly contribution of $500, paid time off starting at 10 days in the first year and increasing up to 21 days with tenure, complimentary employee meals during shifts, and dining benefits at all Lure locations.
The role requires leadership in driving a highly attentive service team to anticipate guest needs and maintain outstanding guest relations, managing operations with a focus on cleanliness, quality control, personnel training, and profitability. Lure Fish House prides itself on its focus on employee development, offering significant opportunities for career growth and internal promotion. Candidates will join a passionate team dedicated to serving some of the freshest seafood in the industry and creating a welcoming, exceptional experience for all guests. Managers must also demonstrate proficiency with restaurant technology platforms including Toast, Ctuit, PlateIQ, Cogswell, 7shifts, and Google Suite to support operational and financial management.
