The role of the Male Spa & Fitness Attendant at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is essential in maintaining the pristine standards and exceptional guest experience that the resort is celebrated for. This full-time position involves ensuring that the male locker room, spa, and fitness center areas are impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times, meeting the high luxury standards expected by the resort's clientele. The attendant plays a crucial role in supporting daily spa operations, providing guests with a welcoming and professional environment as they use the wellness and fitness facilities. Responsibilities include routine cleaning and sanitizing of high-traffic areas such as showers, steam rooms, and saunas, managing inventory of linens and guest amenities, as well as assisting in the smooth operation of spa and wellness activities including fitness class setups. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina to manage demanding tasks, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and team members alike. The position reports directly to Spa and Wellness Management and is a vital part of the overall guest experience journey at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6 months of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, spa, or fitness-related environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide attentive, guest-focused service
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to perform physical work, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, spa facilities, and fitness areas to luxury standards
Greet guests, provide orientations of locker room and wellness spaces, and ensure a welcoming experience
Replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and other guest amenities throughout service areas
Clean and sanitize high-use areas such as showers, sinks, steam rooms, and saunas regularly
Monitor spa and fitness equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly
Support spa and fitness operations, including set-up of fitness classes and wellness areas
Assist team members to ensure smooth service delivery across spa functions
