The associate plays a proactive role in communicating facility needs by promptly notifying the Maintenance Manager of any immediate repairs or concerns. This position also supports club events and special activities, enhancing the overall member experience.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.75 along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within the expansive Equinox Group. Employees enjoy perks such as complimentary club memberships and incentives on their products and services, including personal training, Pilates, spa treatments, and retail items.
