We specialize in offering compassionate in-home care services, tailored to meet the unique needs of aging adults, including those with specialized conditions such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and dementia. Established by a founder personally impacted by the challenges of dementia caregiving, our mission is deeply rooted in alleviating the burden on families by providing reliable, respectful, and high-quality support to seniors. We understand the importance of financial stability, flexible scheduling, and a nurturing work environment and strive to create a workplace that cares about its employees as much as its clients.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with a competitive starting wage between $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, retirement plans, paid training, and career advancement opportunities. We also provide 24/7 support and offer both full-time and part-time positions in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas, catering to those seeking flexibility and meaningful employment.

The caregiver role focuses on enhancing the quality of life for seniors by providing companionship, assistance with activities of daily living, and specialized care tailored to individual health needs. Job responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, and running errands, all conducted in a manner that upholds the dignity and respect of each client. Training is provided to both new and experienced caregivers, ensuring every team member is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel.

Our company culture values respect, empathy, and dedication, encouraging personal and professional growth among our employees. We foster a collaborative and caring atmosphere where every caregiver is supported through ongoing education, orientation sessions, and performance incentives.
