With a commitment to excellence and a focus on creating vibrant, welcoming environments, Richdale is recognized for managing premier Class A apartment communities. The company values dedication, quality work, and customer satisfaction, and strives to offer rewarding employment opportunities within a dynamic and supportive work culture. Richdale Apartments is more than just the place where employees work; it’s a community and a home where growth and collaboration are highly encouraged.
We are currently seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our Prep/Make Ready team at Richdale Apartments. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring that all luxury apartments within our communities are impeccably prepared for new residents. As a member of the Prep/Make Ready team, you will be responsible for performing final preparation and minor repairs on apartments prior to move-in, including drywall repairs, paint touch-ups, door and hardware replacements, and basic plumbing and electrical tasks. These responsibilities require a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for self-starters who are passionate about helping people and who enjoy hands-on work. The role offers a unique opportunity to use your maintenance skills while contributing directly to customer satisfaction and community upkeep. Employees on this team are recognized and rewarded for their hard work and dedication, and Richdale Apartments offers a range of benefits designed to support your career growth and personal well-being. This includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, employee discounts, and access to amenities such as fitness centers and pools.
At Richdale, we believe that a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills are critical. You will interact regularly with residents, management, vendors, and contractors, playing a vital part in maintaining the quality and appeal of our apartments. This is a team-oriented role where collaboration and a commitment to excellence are key to success. If you have at least one year of experience in basic maintenance, general labor, or a related field, and possess the ability to handle light maintenance tasks including minor repairs and touch-ups, you could be a great fit for our Prep/Make Ready team. Join us and help make a difference in the home and community for our residents.
