Job Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience in basic maintenance, general labor, or a related field
- ability to complete all tasks required to make an apartment rent-ready
- strong attention to detail to ensure apartments meet presentation standards
- capable of performing light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and touch-ups
- consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
- thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors

Job Duties
- perform final preparation and minor repairs on luxury apartments prior to move-in
- complete drywall repairs and paint touch-ups as needed
- replace or repair doors, locks, and hardware
- handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks such as fixing leaks and replacing light fixtures
- assist with other maintenance duties and special projects as assigned
