Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience in basic maintenance, general labor, or a related field
  • ability to complete all tasks required to make an apartment rent-ready
  • strong attention to detail to ensure apartments meet presentation standards
  • capable of performing light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and touch-ups
  • consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
  • thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • perform final preparation and minor repairs on luxury apartments prior to move-in
  • complete drywall repairs and paint touch-ups as needed
  • replace or repair doors, locks, and hardware
  • handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks such as fixing leaks and replacing light fixtures
  • assist with other maintenance duties and special projects as assigned
