Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience coordinating or managing vendor and service teams
- Familiarity with property management or multifamily housing operations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with vendors, service teams, or project coordination
- Experience in property management or multifamily operations preferred
- Familiarity with make-ready/turn processes, sequencing, and quality standards preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
- Oversee the full make-ready process for vacant apartment homes across assigned properties
- Conduct pre-move-out and post-completion inspections to ensure quality and readiness
- Create and manage production schedules to meet aggressive turn timelines
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to execute make-ready work
- Identify and outline additional work needed to bring units to standard
- Track and update unit availability to support leasing efforts
- Partner with on-site and regional leadership to communicate status, priorities, and challenges
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with company policies
