The Legacy Apartments is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Make Ready Technician / Porter to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring that vacant apartments are prepared efficiently and thoroughly for new residents. The Make Ready Technician / Porter will be responsible for performing turn-over repairs, improvements, and general maintenance of the apartment units and communal areas. This position requires someone who is not only skilled in basic maintenance and repair work but who also takes pride in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property. Job Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite experience
- Knowledge of painting
- Basic make ready skills
- Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
- Knowledge of appliances
- Able to frequently stand, walk for extended periods of time, push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver of up to 40 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
- Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
