Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Maitre D' in a similar high-end restaurant position
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and wine pairing is preferred
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays are mandatory
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow servers, bartenders, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Must be able to walk and stand for hours at a time
  • Lift and carry up to 10-30lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage reservations and ensure an organized seating arrangement
  • Provide guests with detailed menu information and assist with special requests or dietary needs
  • Ensure that all guests' needs are met promptly, maintaining high service standards
  • Coordinate with Sr. Restaurant Manager, servers, chefs, and other staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a polished and welcoming atmosphere in the dining room
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to uphold restaurant standards
